Good morning Year 1!

Welcome back to our online classroom where we will continue our fantastic learning for the enquiry 'Can we change our world?' over the next couple of weeks.

On the pages underneath, we will upload challenges each day for you to complete. We will also be using Tapestry a lot for our phonics speed sounds, videos of stories and other exciting learning activities. We would also love you to upload all of your learning to Tapestry so we can see what you get up to and help you if you need any support.

Don't forget to continue working towards your next RED TED certificate. Let us know on Tapestry when you reach your next award so we can write you a certificate, post you a picture and keep it safe for you at school!

This week it is Children's Mental Health week

It is so important that while we are spending so much time at home, that we look after our minds as well as our bodies.

We are doing lots of walks, exercise in our gardens and favourite boogies to keep our bodies healthy but what are you doing to keep your mind happy?

This year's theme for the week is 'Express Yourself' so we would love to see creative ways of releasing your thoughts. Have a watch of the organiser's video to explain a little more.
