1:00-1.30 Lunch in classroom/your own kitchen. Can you find a carbohydrate, protein, fruit or vegetable, diary or milk product in your lunch? 

1:35-2:35 PE – Gymnastics – Lesson 4 -Follow the PowerPoint Lesson.  If you have a paper pack, here is the link Windhoek Rhythmic Club - Level 2  It provides excellent model routines and inspiration! This lesson will continue over 2 weeks so you can perfect a rhythmic gymnastics routine using a ball.  

Equipment 

*You will need a ball (approximately beachball size would be the best, but any ball will do – apart from a ping pong sized ball as that would be too small). 

*For comfort and safety, please use a yoga mat, rug or soft (non-slippery) surface on which to perform gymnastic lessons. 

2:35  Tidy up PE equipment and have a drink of water. 

2:40-3:15 French – Complete Wednesday 3rd French. We are continuing to learn colours and then doing some colouring by numbers.
