• Mosaic maths – you have got two mosaics with different addition and subtraction questions in the squares.
• Can you work out the answers to the different questions and then colour them in the correct colour?

Break

Get outside in the garden for a kick around, run around or a bit of fresh air.

SPaG - Unit 13 (p46) suffix - ment

• Can you have someone at home to read you the dictation sentences (p54-55).
• Let them test you on some of the words from this week.

11:10 – 12:00

Writing

• Watch a couple of pirate stories read by Miss Wilson or Miss Williams on the Year 2 Remote Learning Books and Audio page.
• Can you write your own pirate story now?
• Read through ’how to make a good story’ and use the pirate vocabulary to help you.

12:00 – 1:00

Lunch

Go outside for a bit of fresh air and play a game!

Reading

• Draw and label a picture of a character who might appear in the imaginary land you made yesterday.

1:30 – 3:00

Enquiry

• Watch the sea shanty videos again to make yourself familiar with them.
• Join your class on zoom to sing the sea shanties together!
