It might be helpful to underline key words in the questions to remind you of what to look for.

The houses’ chimneys are smoking. The house’s chimneys are smoking. What’s the same and what’s different? One sentence describes two or more houses (plural) and the other describes one house (singular). Work through the Plural and Possessive Apostrophes powerpoint. When you have finished the powerpoint, choose one of the two activities. You can sort plural and possessive apostrophes or insert the missing apostrophes. If you have log-in details for Lexia and Spellzone, spend 5 or 10 minutes working through them.

Next, click on the link below that explores a range of sounds and rhythms made with your hands, body and a plastic cup! You will also need a pencil and a piece of paper.
Using what you have learnt from this video, your task is to create your own music using your hands and body. You can change the tempo in your music and use different rhythms as shown in the video. Use different movements such as clicking, clapping, tapping your knees, your body or the table. This will also help to vary the pitch in your music. Once you have practiced, see if an adult is free to record your music which can then be shared with your teacher on Tapestry.
