English

Today is all about completing your poster for the Hallowed Shallows Seawig competition!  Hopefully you have completed your planning and have an idea of what your final poster will look like.

When designing/drawing your poster, take your time, don’t rush! Often when we rush, we find ourselves making silly mistakes. Look back at your planning; make sure it is somewhere accessible so that you can see it.

Once you have completed it and would like to share it, email a photo or PDF to schooloffice@sussex-road.kent.sch.uk! We may ask if we can put it on the Year 4 gallery! Remember the gallery is for showing off children's 'best' learning!

**If you didn’t manage to get round to doing English yesterday, flick back the video is still there! You may choose to skip the planning stage, however.

Head over to the Year 4 Virtual Library and watch Week 3 Lesson 3 Part 1 and 2 videos where I read pages 42 – 49.

PSHE  - This has been moved to next week. There was a slight date mix up!

PE

For those of you who haven't had the opportunity to check out the 'Let's Get Physical Challenges' spend sometime checking them out this afternoon! You may choose to do Monday-Wednesdays challenges all in one day!

This afternoon's challenge is Fitness Snakes and Ladders!

You can play this by yourself or with the family - the more the merrier. If you have a dice, roll the number and move that number of spaces. If you don't have a dice, rip a piece of paper into 6 pieces. Write the numbers up to 6, one on each piece. Turn them upside down and move them round. The number you pick is the number of spaces you move! Make sure you reshuffle the pieces of paper! See below in the documents for a printable version.
