Hello Year 1 and welcome to our Term 6 Home Learning Page!
We have listened to your feedback about what you like and don't like about your home learning. So we have made a few changes to keep you motivated to learn and achieve super things at home! We are so proud of how resilient and responsible Sussex Roaders you are.
This term you will have:
Word of the week: A new word to help improve your vocabulary! Can you use this word when talking to people? Maybe you could even write it in a sentence!
Reading: One story per week uploaded to Tapestry which you can listen to daily. After each listen, you can choose one of the Reading Learning Choices to complete ( please see grid below). You could do a different one each day!
Writing/ Phonics/ Reading: 1 day of handwriting or spelling, 1 day of sentence writing, 2 days of phonics, 1 day of reading comprehension
Maths: 2 days of arthimatic sheets (number sentences) , 2 days of maths games, 1 day of mystery maths!
Afternoon Learning: 3 afternoon session of enquiry learning, 1 forest school afternoon (your choice from the forest school page), 1 afternoon session of RE or PSHE
