Good morning year 6.
We hope you had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed celebrating VE day? Rather a lot of scones, sandwiches and tea was consumed by the year 6 team. Think a bit (ok, rather a lot) of exercise is needed to compensate. Did anyone catch a glimpse of the Red Arrows or the Spitfire? Mrs Kempe thought she did but it turned out to be a bird. It seems a shame to take down the bunting. Do you think it is ok to keep it up a while longer? It looks so cheerful.

PE Anyone heard of Broom Hockey? It’s a game that needs a bit of space, a hallway often works if you’re playing one on one. Set up jumpers for goalposts and take a broom each. Using a balled-up pair of socks as a ball, first to five (or ten, if you’ve time) goals wins! |
