And into Week 2 of your Remote Learning!
We hope that you had a restful weekend and are raring to go for this week
Today, we are going to move away from Shakespeare and look in more depth about our new class book (which you have hopefully been able to listen to on Tapestry).
09:00 - 09:45: Class Daily Zoom Session!
It's been lovely to have so many of you join us for the calls so far. Make sure you have a paper and pen ready for the session, to make notes of key learning points and to be able to join in with the tasks :-).

This week, we will be continuing with... Measurement: Perimeter and Area! Moving specifically onto area now.

Like we would in class with our class book, spend some time quiet reading or listening to the class book. The teachers have uploaded videos of themselves reading different chapters on Tapestry, so be sure to check :-).

Does Google know all of the answers? Is Google always right? Let's take a look at how Google knows so much!
Work through the Computing Sheet.
Philosophical Question to finish the day!
Yesterday's Q: Would you rather have a boat or a bike? Why?
Miss Martin: I think I would like a boat... I used to sail every weekend with my dad when I was younger and I love the idea of having the skill and knowledge to be able to sail off somewhere and scale the ocean. Like an explorer...
Miss Chapman: Bike all the way! Since March 2020 I found a new passion for cycling, it became a routine to go out cycling every weekend with my father - we started going to Friston Forest down all the different MTB (mountain biking) trails which were epic! I mean I did fall off plenty of times but that was all part of the fun :-)
Mrs. Hudson: As much as I cycling I think I would like a boat to gently bob along in.
Today's Question: What one thing would you add to a bike to make it even better?
Spend some time during dinner or at some point in the evening, discussing this with the other people at home! We're sure there will be some interesting responses :-)
