Even though it is winter, it is vital you get some fresh air and exercise for your physical and mental wellbeing.
We would like you to create your own actual potion, from natural objects around your environment.
If you have any spare time in the afternoon...
Save your potion for next week's learning! Keep it outside though!
Philosophical Question to finish the day!
Yesterday's Q: Would you rather have sun or snow?
Miss Martin: Oooo this is a tricky one! I love snow (it's on my bucket list to go skiing again one day!) but I'm a real sun-bug... I love to laze around in the heat and soak up some Vitamin D (sensibly and with sun-cream, of course!).
Miss Chapman: For me it has to be snow! We hardly ever get snow, or enough snow to be able to go out and roll around in. Crowborough tends to get more snowfall than in Tonbridge - they had a light shower of snow the other day and I was SO jealous!! My favourite pass-time was watching our cats head out into the snow. As soon as Aslan's paws hit the snow he froze and turned straight around! Whereas Elsa leapt around the garden having a whale of a time!
Mrs. Hudson: One of my greatest pleasures is swimming in the sea. I love the waves, but not too big. So from that perspective I love the warmer weather. However, a big treat for my family is to go skiing every year in the powdery snow of the Alps. I think this year I will just have to go with sun and I think Saturday is meant to be a sparkling, sunny day. So enjoy.
Today's Question: Would you rather have a boat or a bike? Why?
Spend some time during dinner or at some point in the evening, discussing this with the other people at home! We're sure there will be some interesting responses :-)
