Happy Friday! You have made it to the end of Week 5!
Positive Mental Health Week!
This week we have lots of activities planned as we keep positive all the way through Lockdown 3.
Remember though if you do have any worries, to get them out of your head, by chatting to someone or writing them down. How will you look after your wellbeing today?
Reflect on what you have done this week to look after your wellbeing. What will you continue to do, to take care of your mental health?
Keep uploading your work on Tapestry. We love to see it.

DRESS TO EXPRESS!
All this week, we have been celebrating Positive Mental Health, thinking of ways we can express ourselves. Look at the Positive Mental Health attached sheet.
Philosophical Question to finish the day!
Yesterday's Q: How could people start their day in a positive way? What advice would you give them?
Miss Martin:
Miss Chapman: FOOD and MUSIC! I got my partner an Alexa Echo for the bedroom to use as an alarm for Christmas (I like it more than he does!) 6.30 each morning Hot Hits UK plays from spotify, which has me wiggling along to the beat as I get up. I have never really been one for food but have found lately even just a banana sets me up more for the day!
Mrs. Hudson:
Today's Question: Why does every cloud need a silver lining?
Spend some time during dinner or at some point in the evening, discussing this with the other people at home! We're sure there will be some interesting responses :-)
