Welcome to Week 4 of Remote learning!
We hope you are becoming experts at the multiplication methods and now adapting these to help you solve the multi-step problems. Remember to underline key words to help you work out the steps you need to do. It has been great to see you begin to create your newspapers, which have wonderful names and headlines. Today, we are going to build on yesterday's work to write the main bulk of the article.
We're so impressed with the quality of work you are achieving - keep it up, Year 5 :-)
Keep uploading your work on Tapestry. We love to see it.

Philosophical Question to finish the day!
Yesterday's Q: Where were people before they were born?
Miss Martin: I think this a huge question! I can only answer the same as Mrs Hudson, however, on this, that our DNA is a big ol' mix of all the DNA from our ancestors before us.
Miss Chapman:
Mrs. Hudson: That is an interesting question. I know my son used to ask me this a lot when he was little. Obviously before people come in to the world you spend 9 months in your mum's tummy. But I suppose before that it comes down to the DNA from your mum, dad and all the generations in your family mixed together. Isn't life amazing!
Today's Question: Should people care more about doing the right thing or doing things right?
Spend some time during dinner or at some point in the evening, discussing this with the other people at home! We're sure there will be some interesting responses :-)
