RE

So far, we have been thinking about the role and importance of prayer in some of the major world faiths. Today, we are going to concentrate on the similarities and differences within the words of Muslim, Christian and Hindu prayers. Watch these three videos. Over 4 billion people on the planet know and will use one these prayers each week! As you watch, think about how each prayer makes you feel or how it might make a person of faith feel. Write down five feeling words in your Home Learning Book.

Surah Al-Fatihah (Islam)

.The first chapter of the Qur'an - this is a prayer for the guidance and mercy of God
